To begin with, I do not recommend this model, in my opinion it is not the best because there is always some kind of trouble with the horns, they climb from where they are not needed. The body detail is minimal. And in general, it doesn't look very similar to the Karlach. 2 hearts out of 5.

But despite this, you can experiment. Usually at the beginning of the prompta I used
"Karlach a devil woman in a black and red outfit with horns on her head, red skin"
To achieve different results, you can change your skin color, choose different clothes, style, or even connect other devilish loras (which I was going to do) to get a mixed result.
