Is it possible to join with another LORA or character? E.g. Lara Croft or Zelda?
I use it with other loras, such as my thepit lora. I am pretty sure it should works with character loras. Maybe you will need to tune down the weight under 0.5.
Is this able to work with Anime models/loras? Or just "semi-realism" models/loras?
Yes, it is trained on the base 1.5 model, it should work with all models.

Try using some venus body loras instead of ones tagged as bimbo. The big lips are usually what make bimbos bimbos, but venus body should let you keep a similar body type minus the lips
