The concept was formed around the idea of female villain roles in tokusatsu(特撮) and other hero media from Japan. There are a bunch of different clothing styles for the 悪役女幹部, but I tried gathering ones that I think would work together when trained. EvilExec comes from Evil Executive, which was the original translation I was going for, but a kind commenter pointed out that commander would be a good translation for the term as well! Thanks!

Yeah, I'll be honest I didn't really know what to name it as the concept derived more from the Japanese term and doesn't translate that well to English. "Villainous Female Executive" would be a more accurate translation but it was kind of long so I shortened it to EvilExec (for Evil Executive).
