When using with other loras, if the effect isn't visible, you may want to add: towel around neck

I tried that concept a while back but wasn't too happy with the results. I may look into trying it again later

This is an extremely late reply, but when attempting a similar concept, I found it was simplest to separately create a quality image of the device (not caring about what was on the screen) and the image I wanted it to display, and then composite the two in an external image editor.
It might not fully be in the spirit of AI image generation, but it's definitely the fastest and simplest way to get results. It also lets you take advantage of both SDXL (which is much better for rendering devices) and SD1.5 (which has vastly better NSFW support).
