    Famke Beumer Janssen, born on November 5, 1964, in Amstelveen, Netherlands, is a Dutch actress and former model. She gained international fame for her role as Xenia Onatopp in the James Bond film "GoldenEye" (1995) and as Jean Grey / Phoenix in the "X-Men" film series (2000–2014). Janssen has also starred in the "Taken" film trilogy (2008–2014) and the Netflix series "Hemlock Grove" (2013–2015). In addition to her acting career, she was appointed a Goodwill Ambassador for Integrity by the United Nations in 2008. Janssen made her directorial debut with "Bringing Up Bobby" in 2011. She continues to captivate audiences with her versatile performances and striking presence.
