lora is good, but there is a problem if you combine it with the lora of any person on 1.0, your lora starts to distort faces. The plastic effect remains

Combine it at a low strength. Almost any Lora will distort faces at full strength. I routinely use this at between 0.2-0.4 strength with various Celeb loras without any big issues.

To expand on this thought. Should loras (in general) be used with the base model as opposed to fine tunes?

@condzero1950 LORAs always tend to work best on the base model, but they may/may not work on fine tunes depending on how they've been made. Often the author will say in their description how well Loras work. I will say that my experience with character lora's on fine-tuned models has been bad, but I haven't used that many.

From my perspective, your Lora basically achieves its objectives. The few images with closeups I ran showed a bit more realism / texture than basic FLUX. On some images though the lora seemed not to work. Appears you have to coax it a bit.
