This is a pretty niche one, but it's up my alley.

This model makes images of women gagged with cloth stuffing and clear tegaderm medical tape. It's difficult to make good LoRAs for this and even with this one, it can take a lot of tweaking to get a convincing image.

Trigger is tegaderm_gagged, but you'll want to add "mouth stuffed with cloth" and "clear tape" or "clear tape over her mouth" for best results. You can specify the cloth color, it works but it isn't perfect. Using a "gagged" tag can mess up the result depending on your checkpoint and other LoRAs.

Great for closeups and simple prompts. For full body shots and complicated prompts you may need to fix the face with inpaint after you get an image where the rest comes together.

Highly recommend cyberrealistic XL or cinenaut XL for this and my other photorealistic LoRAs as they are the checkpoints I use for my sample images. Other checkpoints can often be difficult or impossible to get good results with.
