Flam Kish is a dog girl (Dobermann) soldier (Lieutenant General of the Berman army) for the Berman empire (yeah......) from the strategy/rpg/visual novel game FUGA: Melodies of Steel by CyberConnect.
Fuga is a game based on a fictional WW2 scenario, so it's France X Third Reich Germany kinda of setting, there's cat's (felinekos) and dog's (caninus) at both sides, so it's not a dogs x cats conflict.
