This is the wildcards I use to generate 10,000s of NPC portraits for my tabletop game. Wanted to share them incase anyone wanted to use them or tweak to thier uses.

1. Your images look quite desaturated. Are you using appropriate VAEs? Or is it the intentional style?
2. Great page to search for and filter via tags! (https://dxwarlock.com/npc/) - Would you be able to share the code for it? Could be a great way to mass-share images :)
Intentional style. I use blessup extension to turn the contrast down to 0.8 . I wanted more of a painted/printed look. Without it the colors and blacks look too...dense(?) for the vibe I was going for. just my perspective, but they look less 'digital artwork' with it desaturated. I didnt want it to look like it was something someone made on a tablet and photoshop.
And you mean the code for the site itself? Sure. have to find a place to paste and share the code.
It's pretty basic, it just reads subfolders under a "NPC" folder and makes that a category. So there is a "Fighter" folder, and a "Wizard" folder for example. Nothing complicated with tags/reading photo data to sort them like that or anything.

And regarding the site, that sounds great! I made something myself, but it's clunky and not as neat as that :)
I guess sharing it via Github is a good idea? Feels like it could be added as a resource/model on Civit too!
