Not sure why but this ANIMA Lora works very differently locally in ComfyUI than on CivitAI. š¤·āāļø
IL and NAI versions are "Semi-Realistic" the ANIMA version is full realistic.
Right now this "Semi-Realistic" because I liked this mix between real and anime, but someday I plan to make something that is fully realistic. There are some great checkpoints that can make realistic on Illustrious but they don't support on-site generation so I made this Lora!

interesting!
Thanks!
Its an experiment I'm working on. I'm planning to make a few versions until I get the right results.
I like it, I just wish it had a trigger word to have more control over the results. But still great results none the less.
Thanks!
I agree its not quite satisfactory yet. Its not there yet but someday I'd like to replace the need for a realistic checkpoint.
I'm planning on remaking this as soon as I figure out ideas to make it better.
@CitronLegacyĀ Have you tried or heard of B-loras? I been reading about them recently and I'm surprised people aren't using it. They are supposed to only train certain UNET blocks that will not bleed to the checkpoint, so you can do Concepts/Styles or Characters without affecting the Checkpoint and they are still just Loras. In Theory of course, unfortunately there isn't much info on them, maybe this is something you might be interested in checking?
I disagree, I think style loras are better without an activation prompt. If you want the style, just activate the lora, if you don`t, don`t activate the lora. If you want the style stronger or weaker, just change the lora strength. An prompt word doesn`t really make any difference
@Grim0rĀ I wasn't going to say it but now that you brought it up: my personal philosophy is that a high quality style Lora wont need a trigger -> this allows perfect control when mixing the style because its just Lora weights that impact the generation not words in the prompt.
Again: this is just personal philosophy and definitely not judgement towards how others make style loras.
That said, this Illustrious Lora is not quite good enough to be considered high quality it might have benefited from a trigger.
I think the NoobAI version is pretty decent without the trigger. Its much better than the Illustrious version.
