I am having significant difficulty getting these keywords to consistently work with or without other Loras. It is about 20% of the time that viewer's hand renders instead of it becoming another object like a penis or the subject's hand. Of that 20% at least half of those renders the fingers don't actually create a mouth pull (it's pulling a strand of hair or mildly pinching cheek)
