Is 'GS-Masculine' a keyword or a separate resource?

It's a lora which is supposed to help control the gender of the person rendered:

@randt I don't have that lora but I have seen several other use GS-Masculine in their prompts so I have been using it as such. In my experience it does have an effect even though I don't have the lora present
