    Gonna keep an eye on this, just to say that this is an interesting idea, though it'd be difficult to apply this to a mesh with different UV unwrapping set ups IRL, more of a proof-of-concept sort of thing I guess.

    That said, it does work decently with other character LoRAs/TIs/Hypernets etc., just gotta play around with the weights a bit so it doesn't consider the back of the head textures also faces.

    cant you just create a mask from your own uv map and generate on it? You could even include depth masks and whatnot.
    It should be doable.

    Neat idea. Though do you have a reference model (3d model) that matches the unwrap? I guess you could use something like proportional editing to shift UVs around from an existing model to fit this, but it would be nice to know if this was made with a particular model/UV in mind so that it's plug and play.

    @Jehovah Well yeah, I get that. I work in the 3d industry, I recognize the use-case for this.

    I'm asking is the layout for this based on any one model, like Makehuman, Daz, CharacterCreator, Metahumans, etc. Or is it just sourced from a bunch of textures online with the same-ish layout, which seems to be the case.
    Still usable like I said, if a head is already unwrapped a similar way and you shift the UV verts around to match, but in the future, it might be neat to make different versions with specific layouts in mind so people with those types of models could generate and then load the texture on without any fuss.

    Not quite sure how this works. I insert a character and it gives the UV? I mean, If I use Roop with a photo it will give its UV?

    This is a great start but would be more useful if it just made everyone bald with no clothing, as the hair and clothes will be flat to the model.

    Hello, this works well, an idea on an improvement if its possible, i have a few texture maps to my fav game already, with some nice skins, it would be cool if the lora could position the generation to match the already existing texture positioning by using the ears, nose and eyes to determine the position, if it's not possible ouch, either way I'll continue to search for a solution, slapping my face into the game would be hilarious and fun
