It is suggested to upscale the resolution as high as possible. You can use multiple prompts, such as pants, red hair, etc to describe characters, with more masculine prompts getting applied to the male character or vice-versa.

Seems in my testing with various checkpoints and settings to have a very strong preference for 384 (H) x 768 (W) original generation size; at other sizes the results (particularly faces) become mangled.

Is there a way to define things per-frame, or some syntax that can be added for such?
For example, {First frame: front view} combined with {Third frame: rear view} ... or {First frame: shocked expression} combined with {Fourth frame: pleased expression}, or something similar to that.
You can try using some extension, like Regional Prompter or Latent Couple. Haven't tested it with this one, so idk how well it would work.
What if you make a FTM Transformation Sequence the next time?
Use this lora, flip the resulting images on the X axis so that they start with the girl and turn into the dude instead of the other way around.
