Supposed to do two things:
Remove schlongs from vaginal x-ray/cross-section regions (even when penis is in the prompt)
Remove the "ejaculation spray" effect that usually comes with the internal_cumshot tag
As a side-effect it also tends to make wieners flaccid.
Prompt for some combination of after_vaginal, x-ray, cross-section, uterus, etc. Play with the Lora weights to force the effect when needed. See previews. Have fun.
