There is no trigger word needed(all the samples were done without one). You can use 'sylvia-mcfarland' if you want. Also, I found that adding the keyword 'black' or 'african-american' produced better skintones.

Sylvia McFarland is a retired American adult film actress who was active in the industry during the late 1970s and early 1980s. She was among the pioneering African-American actresses in adult entertainment, known for her performances in various films of that era.

There are not a huge number of available images for adult actress of this era that are not entirely NSFW, so I had to do quite a bit of inpainting to get tthe sample images inline with CivitAI's standards.
