I've seen this type of facial expression in a few animes, but as far as I can tell there is no official tag for it, so I'm calling it m-mouth. Because it's sort of shaped like an M.
Works well for embarrassed / surprised / annoyed faces. Just combine with an appropriate tag, and specify either open or closed mouth.
It does tend to produce the same few hairstyles if left to itself, but you'll most likely be specifying your own hair or using a character lora anyway, so who cares. Seems to work well with character loras.
Trigger word is supposed to be m-mouth, but it doesn't do anything.
Update
I see now that the Lora, especially the Illustrious version, often produces a couple of sweat drops on the face, so you might want to add "sweat" to your negative prompt if you don't like this.

amazing! if possible can you make one for Illustrious/Noob as well?
I'll have a look into it. I train my Loras on my own machine and I know nothing about Illustrious or NoobAI, so I might try the CivitAI Lora maker. Are they completely different base models, or will a Lora made for Illustrious work for NoobAI?
@BiggusDingus no Illustrious and NoobAI (trained on Illustrious) are amazing, they both are based on SDXL and better than Pony in terms of lighting and Anatomy, need to do more epochs to train a good one and no need to score tags and they both are the best SDXL for anime right now
@krigeta I've spent a bit of time trying Illustrious, and have been pretty impressed with the model that I actually got to work. I've released a version of the LORA, give it a try.
@BiggusDingus oh great, you like it and thanks for the lora
