Better Faces&Bodies combines multiple LORAs for eyes, faces, anatomy and skin to enhance realistic female characters without resorting to an "amateur" style. The goal of this LORA is to boost character quality/realism and also allow generation of female body types with more realistic fat and musculature.
What does this LoRA do?
Characters that would otherwise be perfectly smooth-skinned with goddess' bodies will now have subtle skin blemishes including minor scars, moles and pigmentation. Increasing breast size now influences body fat across the entire body in realistic proportion (and vice-versa.)
How do I use it?
Trigger: betterfaces, source photo,
Vary weight between 0.6 and 0.9 to promote different face types. High weights tend to bias images towards professional photoshoots. Using high weight will produce more extreme body types based on the prompt. If you encounter any issues with bias try reducing weight.
Features and known issues are found below:
Features
Skin:
Darkens and adds micro details to most skin shades
Modifies "dark skin" tags to be more tan-shaded (for better control over tone)
Increases response to ethnicity prompts
Adds peach fuzz and other light body hair on the arms and neck
May add small healed scars at realistic locations such as around the temples, shoulders and thighs
Moles, freckles and beauty marks are more consistent, will not affect other skin features
Faces:
Adds a variety of different face data
Adds more nuanced expressions
Eyelids, noses are more distinct and natural
Better lips and clearly defined mucous membrane in mouth
Insides of mouths appear wet without prompting
Refines face orientation in sitting, lying and other poses (fewer head-on images)
Bodies:
Breasts follow body contours more naturally
Less stylized, more naturalistic body types
Makes body fat more naturally distributed, especially in the face
Reduces chance of unrealistically long torso
Known issues
Tendency to add 'head space' over the character even in closeup/portrait prompts
Signatures/watermarks tend to show up. Add 'watermark' in the negatives to help with this
Tends to simplify backgrounds if no background prompt is given
These issues will be fixed in the next version.

I hereby complain about the lora author uploading PNG images that have unnecessarily large file sizes and take too long to download. I recommend JPEG format at quality setting 80. PNG files of realistic images are good for post processing and bad for web display.
Are you aware every image you see on the civit website is in fact a compressed JPEG and only downloading the file lets you access the original PNG? Most modern websites do this.
'durrrr post lower quality images' said nobody ever lmao
@Promptsxrgeon No.
@throw4395305 According to your logic, you should be posting 16 bit/channel PNG instead of 8 bit/channel PNG.
@nizur i'm not posting now am i? you seem kinda rarted lil buddy
@throw4395305 got a feeling that was "you" plural not "you" singular.....
