The Greatest Cutlet Thief from the visual novel Everlasting Summer. The Lora is capable of making two version of Ulyana - young (pioneer) and adult. To get adult appearance, simply remove "Low twintails" and add "adult" to your positive prompt.

For the appearance use "USSRIll, blue eyes, red hair, freckles, (dark-skinned female:0.3), long hair, low twintails, hair tie, small breasts" - you should set the lowest value for "dark-skinned female", otherwise her skin color will be Trumpish orange.

For the pioneer uniform use "White collared shirt, red neckerchief, pioneer neckerchief, blue skirt, pleated skirt, belt, white socks, belt buckle, black shoes, pioneer movement, breast pocket"

I also used "CCCP print shirt" to tag her t-shirt print so you may try to use it to get her canon red USSR t-shirt. It works sometimes. Just don't put "clothes writing" when you use that, it may mess the letters up.

Known issues:

skin color - Ulyana has darker skin color than other characters, so if you want canonical skin color - you should use "dark-skinned female" in your positives, HOWEVER you may want to put "orange theme" to negatives if results are too saturated and too orange.

emblem, badge, pin - I tagged all pioneer attributes, but AI still doesn't really know what to do with those and tries to put badges and pins on every picture. Put "emblem, shoulder badge, pin" to negatives to solve the problem.

INSTANT UPD:

It seems like I messed up with saturation of dataset pictures and this is the actual reason why every preview picture is so damn orange. Probably have to lower the saturation value and retrain the Lora. So yet use "dark-skinned female" at your risk.
