As Brazil is diverse, the uniforms are diverse, but here’s an idea, in the south it is very cold, in the southeast there is only metropolis, in the northeast, center west and north it is very hot, especially in the northeast, so fresh clothes are common to wear.

This is actually the uniform of the school i've studied. It's a military school. That said, the resemblance is uncanny!
