As always I curated the dataset for this Lora from official artwork and screencaps I took from the P5 game & anime.
Her summer casual outfit really struggles with the sunglasses hanging from her shirt. Also V4 made her Panther outfit inconsistent :'(

Which base model do you think would be better for trying to create what looks like a promo picture right out of the game?
Do you mean for generating an image, or for creating a model merge that produces those images?
For image generation I'd check the other models/Loras posted to civitai, I know there's a lot that specifically say "Persona" or "Shigenori Soejima".
@OneMoreLurker I moreso meant producing an image that looks matches the official style of the game and could've been released by Atlus themselves. Do you think Pony or Illustrious more closely nails it?
@LoveWillTearUsApart I generally find Illustrious to be easier to work with, but I'm honestly not that great at generating images in a specific style so I'm probably not the best person to be asking for advice...

You could try finding a style lora for Soejima Shigenori art style and use that in conjunction with a Persona character lora. The style lora will, of course, work best with checkpoints that the maker has tested them in, but that info should be on their lora pages.
