That's strange. I don't see this one among the loras list even after hitting refresh a few times and as many webui restarts... Manually inputting it in the prompt doesn't give any error. I'm confused...
Try this:
1 — Go to the "Settings" menu.
2 — Click on the sub-menu "Extra Networks".

This defeats SD 1.5 / XL filtering but i got a subdirectory for those so no big deal.

This is very good, improves image without taking over the prompt. Very suitable to be part of all prompts by default.
