I present you you my CivitAI OC Qinsleth(kin-sleth phonetically). Ran into a lot of minor issue in training it but I think it's where I want it now. Adetailer using this model(https://civarchive.com/models/330727?modelVersionId=373036) tends to make the pupils horizontal(as they should be).

Oh also canonically a futanari but can magic away the dick.
