If you want to get results like my samples you MUST use aDetailer with a denoise of .50-.60 and a cfg of 5.5 - 7.5,

You should also get the accompanying LORA I made for this, just view my profile, I designed them to work together, see my prompts, by adjusting the weights on each finding a balance for each use case you should be able to have a pretty flexible model.
