This is a requested IL / NoobXL character pack LoRA for series Classroom of the Elite. There are 86 characters in the dataset, however, not all of them can be retrieved successfully.
V2 Description:
V2.0 has less overstyle and more supported characters (hopefully) compared to V1.0, however, you need to add character features along with character name in your prompts, as shown in the character triggers below.
Generation info for individual image in the 4x4 grid can be found in posts below.
You can adjust the LoRA weight if necessary. You may need solo or male focus sometimes.

V1 Description:
I was testing it on Hoseki but I found it maybe overstyled on other models when generating examples. You may used it at lowered LoRA weight such as 0.8.
Trigger format: please strictly follow the order <character name>, <1girl or 1boy> For example: kiyotaka ayanokoji, 1boy is correct, but not this one (no comma) -> kiyotaka ayanokoji 1boy and not this one (wrong order) -> 1boy, kiyotaka ayanokoji
I'm using keep_tokens=2 in the training: character name first, comma, then 1girl/1boy at the beginning of the caption. I haved used this setting a lot in the past but this is the first time I need to strictly keep the order with the comma to make some of the triggers work. I don't know the exact cause currently.
You can adjust the LoRA weight if necessary. You may need solo or male focus sometimes.
Some character name itself carries heavy style in base model (e.g. masumi kamuro), which is hard to overwrite. Some character name carries the style from the dataset (most likely the light novel art style or animation style) due to lack of training data. You may add anime coloring, flat color, retro artstyle, 1980s \(style\) to negative prompts if needed.

However, I gotta say that I'm not a fan of the v2 prompts being linked together like that without commas for it to trigger. Would separating them be fine, or would that trigger the v1 version (sorry, I'm new to this Ai image generating.)
Also, from my limited testing of Horikita, the braid is incorrectly on the left side (right side from viewer pov) instead of right the majority of the time. Prompting for the braid to be on the right doesn't really work.
Moreover, if you plan on updating this further in the future, could you include a short hair version of Horikita, long hair version of Kushida, and the gravure idol/no glasses/no diguise version of Sakura (like the one in y2v5 illustration or the y1v2 colored illustration) from the canon novels?
But again, this is why seperating the prompts is important if my preconception made in my previous comment is correct; it allows for more flexibility.
First of all, thanks for testing the model and telling me your thoughts.
Actually, you don't have to strictly follow what I wrote down for the character, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding caused by my phrasing "trigger". They are more like "example usage" rather than triggers. The manually added triggers to the captions are character names, separated by commas from other words, just like what you said.
Which means: 1. you can add commas between those words or change the word order

The model sometimes gets into wrong side but the chance of getting the correct side should be far greater than 50% based on my quick tests. It would be helpful if you can share your use cases.
You may also try adding "very long hair" into prompts, it will improve the consistency and avoid braided ponytail.
@Akiseki Ah, I see. Thank you for the clarification.
Regarding the braid, I actually meant the other way around in the original comment lol--right side (left side from viewer pov). This happens a lot if the camera is slightly viewing Horikita from the left side, e.g a 3/4 view or a dutch angle slightly to the left. I'm guessing the AI wants to include the braid no matter what, so it switches the braid to somewhere visible; when it's a straightforward shot, the braid is in the correct position 90% of the time.
Another thing I noticed: there are times when the eyes look cloudy/blurry and undetailed, but sometimes it's very detailed. For now, I've figured out that the latter occurs a lot more frequently when I prompt for a close-up shot. Does this occur to you? Do you know any prompts or negative prompts that could effectively eliminate or reduce the former from happening?
@Akiseki Here are some quick examples (actually, I struggled quite a bit as it kept refusing to generate a profile shot of Horikita from the left; always from the right. I did manage a few where it correctly puts it on the correct side despite the profile shot, but it's few in between.

@last27683599 Aha, I see. I'm not surprised that the model constantly makes braid appear in wrong side when viewing from left.
It's simply because there are no such angle in her dataset, and I agree with your guess that the AI will make the braid visible when there is no similar angle in dataset.
For this issue I don't have a solution at this point. One possible way is to hide the braid and the ribbon but it's far from perfect. I may add image with this angle into the dataset when doing next update.
@last27683599 Regarding undetailed eyes: You can disable the LoRA while keeping the same seed and prompts to see if it's caused by this LoRA or the base model.
But based on my experience it's quite normal for eyes and hands getting less detailed when the character is in distance from viewer even without any LoRAs.
You may need ADetailer or Highres Fix in these cases to redraw the undetailed parts.

Hello! I've seen your work and it seems like you mainly use Lora poses and Lora character packs. It also seems like you're learning a lot of characters at once. Why are there so few Lora works that focus on just one character?
Well, I kept receiving requests asking, "Can you make a LoRA for [character] from CoTE?" It got me thinking: wouldn't it be cool if I could just make one LoRA for all of them? But don't get me wrong, I really appreciate the love from people for my models : )
Another motivation is to make multi-character compositions easier--like hugging or kissing scenes. Applying multiple character LoRAs at the same time can be tricky, especially back in the SD1.5 era.
Technically, character pack LoRAs are naturally regularized (since each character acts as a regularization set for others), so the triggers hopefully feel more like the ones built into base models. Though people don't really need regularization for characters these days I guess (with modern base models).
But more frankly speaking, I just want to make something different. Making single-character LoRAs is exciting at first, but after 3 years and hundreds of models made (actually I have tons of single-character focusing LoRAs for SD1.5), I needed something different to keep things fun.
@Akiseki Thank you. I feel that your willingness to take on challenges is perfectly aligned with your work. Your character pack Lora is especially proof of this. It works in a technical sense, not an emotional one. That's wonderful! I would really like to request a character pack Lora from your favorite work. The visuals are old-fashioned and Japanese, and it has a selection of characters that I really like. It would probably be difficult to create. However, if it doesn't interfere with your plans, would it be possible for you to proceed with the request slowly?

@Akiseki Thank you! Well, the piece I'd like to request is titled Utawarerumono: Lost Frag. I'd really like to include the characters that appear in Lost Frag. I haven't played Lost Frag, but I'm very drawn to the worldview of Utawarerumono. I'd love to have an all-in-one character pack lora that recreates the style of the work, similar to your wonderful work "Classroom of the Elite (all in one) lora." Including Lost Frag, there have been three male protagonists in Utawarerumono so far, and I like them too. I also find the many female characters very appealing and prefer them to the male characters. However, I don't want to interfere with your plans, so I'd like you to make it happen by proceeding slowly. Thank you.

@amegyu It's hard to say if I can fulfill this request right now, as I'm not currently accepting new LoRA commissions. That might change in the future if I could develop better automatic tools. However, I will put it on my list for now.
@amegyu BTW, no offense at all, so no worries! As you may have noticed, I'm getting less and less passionate about making all kinds of LoRAs. It's simply because there are more advanced models like Google's Banana that can make pictures based on character/pose/style references -- no LoRAs needed. I would be even less motivated if it's a series I'm not familiar with.
@Akiseki First of all, I'm relieved to know you weren't offended. I'm also glad to know where my own request is going. The pending format is very planned and effective for those who create Lora. It's true that later models from other companies, like Google, are quite advanced. I understand that it was inevitable that enthusiasm for the character Lora would die down.

I was wondering—is there any chance that new characters (such as 'Asuka Shiraishi' or 'Ryoko Nishikawa') might be added to the roster?
Alternatively, are there any plans to release a new version featuring improvements to the art style, bringing it closer to the illustrations from the third-year arc of 'Cote'?
