Diana von Barchet (ディアナ・フォン・バルヒェット) is a colonel in the federal army and the mother of a set of twins. She is also the connection between the Federation and the Opera House, as she oversees the practice of the Joint Cooperation Office, responsible for formal and informal political negotiations within the Republic.
