Konami Kuramochi, a character from the h-anime Junjou Shoujo Et Cetera (Pure-hearted Girl Et Cetera). Adapted from the manga of the same name by Miyabi.

Not really trained for outfits (not that she much variety in the anime), but I set up a trigger that produces her uniform look well. Her hair can be change to match the different styles add "twin braids" or "high ponytail" to get those. Adding "hair down" might help with consistency if you don't put either, playing around with some generations, it did sometimes give the ponytail look without the prompt included.
