This is a pose / concept LoRA for various contortion and acrobatic poses.

Usage

Example prompt: A high-resolution photograph woman with one leg extended straight behind, one leg bent at the knee, and the right leg raised vertically, with own foot touching own head in a yoga studio <lora:ContortionistPoseSDXL:1>

There are a few words that were used by the captioning tool that can be used to recall the model.

They are collected in a Contortion Pose Wildcard, see below. Examples:

provocative acrobatic squat pose
bent over pose
extreme pose
performing a complex yoga pose

SDXL is not strong enough with hands / feet, so expect a lot of messy limbs that need manual clean-up.

Uploaded sample images are not cleaned up.

Note:

I may be using the following extensions in the reference images: FreeU or ADetailer / Face Editor. I may also be using a specific Hires Checkpoint (swaps to another model when doing the hires steps). If your results don't match mine exactly, this may explain why.
