This is Chris' homemade girlfriend from Season 13 Episode 11 "Encyclopedia Griffin".

Some Heather facts:

• Arms presumably made of a mop handle and the hair is the mop.

• The head is a soccer ball.

• The gloves seem to be your garden variety gardening gloves.

• The belt is an exquisite rope normally combined with a rickety stool for hanging oneself.

• The dress could be one of Meg's or found by the train tracks.

• The legs could well be mannequin legs with either Lois' or Meg's stockings or found by the train tracks.

• The shoes are either Lois' or Meg's or found by the train tracks.

• Second base is touching one of the cabbages.

• If you're lucky she can give you a dusty pinky.

• She is pregnant; the baby is made of skittles.
