are you using the standard Flux Dev model?
flux dev, yes
but the gguf version
@malcolmrey what is the difference I've never known
@anonfaker GGUF is faster. There are several quantizations and you can pick the one that suits you best.
The best version has pretty much no difference to flux1dev but it is only 12 GB so that uses less memory than regular model.
I tried 4 Britney Spears LORAs with Flux.1 and this was the only one that didn't break rendering of the rest of the context. The other ones would render Britney, but the rest of the scene was altered.
These LORAs are more important now that both Flux and SD 3.5 have gutted the ability to render famous people with the default models.
