It's my first time doing pose lora, so it wasn't that good. As trained data are all photography, it seems too realistic sometime. Try reduce it if it's too realistic for you. And with the strength reduced, the covered penis might not work from time to time, but the stylish pose stays. Maybe you could use some style lora or model to cover it's realistic style.

And the most important thing is using face repair.Unless the strength is under 0.6.
