ADetailer can sometimes mess up the images, to avoid that, avoid having the LoRA in your adetailer positive prompt.

Best weight varies, I used 1.0 for the "regular" images, for more complex poses like standing splits, you can try higher weights to make them work.

It works best for POV images, or close to POV angles.
