Pony XL can already do choking and strangling this was an attempt to give control with choking with right hand , choking with left hand , and choking with both hands.
That didn't work. I don't know why. Retrained three times. No go.
BUT, what did happen, is this model hugely improves the hands for the pose. The hands are now distinct, and usually accurate, as opposed to base Pony where they merge together. That doesn't really happen anymore.
Not perfect, but it's as good as I can get it for now, if I think of a new way to caption, I might retrain.

note! it works fine with boy characters, if that's your thing. For all of the poses I have samples up for girls.

yeah, sorry bout that, I'll try to remember to change it for future samples. That's with the cfg scale fix extension, which is built in to forge.

I mean it still worked, but this overdrawn effect when using too high CFG is clearly visible
