Long story short...
Pick one of the available lora versions.
Try inpainting genitals and few times with different settings.
If nothing works - try another version.
Each version was trained on a different checkpoint. Depending how similar your checkpoint is to one of them, lora may or may not work.
ppetto - trained on DivinehomoDiffusion (photorealistic homoerotic model).
ppello - trained on GoldenCatMix (exaggerated 2D cartoon model).
Description
Checkpoint architecture varies a lot, as such PPetto version (trained on DiviehomoDiffusion) works with photorealistic models and to lesser degree with realism leaning 2.5D models. But has almost no weight in any of the artistic checkpoints.
PPello got trained on GoldenCatMix (flat 2D checkpoint), using same photorealistic dataset. As a result, it has a very strong effect on most 2D and art leaning 2.5D models. Output is still realistic (at weight 1 it's just poor quality photos), so, unfortunately, it's difficult to inpaint flat 2D genitals. But for anything in-between - it's very good (seems to be even stronger than PPetto).
