If you don't want nsfw you need to include nipples in the negative prompt and possibly nsfw.

struggles with a vagina but its possible. Also struggles quite a bit with her tail sometimes but just takes a bit of retrying.

Must use nami, mermaid, and monster girl tag for it to work I think. I recommend using 0.6-0.8 for lora strength.
