Are the preview images not showing for anybody else?
They are appearing just fine for me on a separate device too, did you select R and X for the content filtering options?

Do it! I havent touched illustrious since, anime is just so good with prompt adherence. Only downside is the slow generation compared to illustrious but that should be mitigated once anime-turbo is released
Can I make the uterus visible?
the training data did not contain any images with uterus anatomy so probably not, but you could try using something like "uterus, x-ray" and see if that works
