I have trained very few lora's and embeddings using automatic1111 locally and haven't had great results either (4060 12GB), but it seems that your training images appear bright and washed out - maybe try auto contrast and color correction on them using photoshop or similar, or use comfyui's color correcting node within your workflow (postprocessing->Color Adjustments->ColorCorrect). Thank you for the link to the data set maker, I will definitely give that a try on some old photos to generate a broader range of source images for my next training run.
