    Tentacle Tear

It was brought to my attention that checkpoints and other clothes tearing loras struggle in the context of tentacles attacking clothes. For that reason, I trained this lora on 72 images of tentacles pulling and/or tearing clothes. There are still some kinks to work out and improvements to be made, but it is a significant improvement over base model behavior.

    Prompting Notes:

    • tentacles tearing clothes works very well as a trigger, but due to the double meaning of "tearing", your character will be crying. Because this is not always desired, I instead recommend using tentacles ripping clothes to give more control over the character's expression.

    • tentacles pulling clothes allows the tentacles to pull at clothing while causing minimal damage.

    • torn clothes adds more damage to clothing beyond what the tentacles are actively attacking.

    • restrained is very useful if your character keeps attacking their own clothes by mistake. arms up and arms behind back are similarly helpful.

    • Being specific with the different types of clothing and states of undress often gives better results. If you want the tearing to expose underwear, include bra, panties. If you want to expose further, use breasts out, panties aside, nipples, or pussy depending on your needs.

Looks very promising, though it does tend to override the artstyle a bit if I don't reduce the LoRA weight. I imagine training it more might rectify the issue over time.

Still, good job making this. I do loads of tentacle art and the other "tearing clothes" LoRAs can be so inconsistent.

Additionally, as a way to offset the tears showing up, adding "crying" to the negative prompts can slightly mitigate it, though not always.

Thanks for the feedback! I only did minimal testing on the LoRa weight to see how much it would impact the ripping action but didn't consider how it would affect the artstyle. I'll do more research and experiment a bit to see what I can do about it.

DragonLite Glad to help. Also, I think you should try to find a way to add in the "assisted exposure" tag, if that will help. Might be useful to make things clearer to the AI.

How come you changed this to NoobAI? It doesn't work with Illustrious checkpoints if you do that. Or, at least, when I try to utilize it, it forces me away from an Illustrious checkpoint.

EDIT: Okay, that's odd. I was able to get it to work again, but it seemed an embedding I was using was causing some interference.

Good Lora for poses, and types of tears.. but getting the tentacles to be involved? VERY HARD.
So.. I'll keep it for tentacles, but not for its namesake.

(Finally got it to work, requires 3 keywords per area just to work)

    kabanzaiSep 22, 2025

Okay, After testing it all night the keywords work. Just make sure you have 'torn clothes' 'tentacles tearing/pulling' and 'exposed area' .. The only real fault is the conjoining it does in large batches, but I think that's more in the memory usage on my end than the lora itself.

.. Works great on non tentacle pictures too! Just put in 'pulled clothes' and the girl or man will be opening the outfit as well.
