My LoRA creation process begins with a vivid character concept that I imagine in detail. I use ChatGPT to help refine the initial prompt, carefully crafting it to capture the visual traits and essence of the character. This prompt is then fed into either DALL·E or SORA, where I iteratively tweak the wording—adjusting pose, clothing, expression, and setting—until I arrive at a seed image that closely matches the woman I envisioned.
From this seed image, I generate a full training dataset by creating multiple variations through revised prompts, changing elements such as the pose, outfit, background, and mood. This results in a curated set of approximately 50 to 100 high-quality images that maintain visual consistency while providing enough diversity for training.
These images are then used in CivitAI to train the LoRA model. All individuals depicted are entirely fictitious and do not represent any real person.
