I'm not entirely sure who this character is (I'd recommend improving the description), but the previews look like you used 3D/polygonal pictures without using the tag "3D" in training data.

Also your tags look like they're written wrong. Adjective would come first in these instances ("red tank top" "denim shorts"), which is important because you're trying to hitch to the base model's understanding of a particular tag (you want to match to the base model's understanding of "denim shorts" because it doesn't really know anything about "shorts denim"). Also you want to use a more unique trigger because 1: Using "Sara Larof" runs the risk that some existing Sara (or, less likely but still possible, "Larof") in the base model's knowledge will be called in addition to what you trained 2: The "two names" formatting runs the risk that Civitai's on-site generator will mistake it for a real person's name and refuse to run it.
