A LoRA trained on images of Kaguya Luna; by itself, without any tags, it will usually do a pretty good job of creating the character. If you want to be certain, try:
bare shoulders, blue eyes, black dress, cleavage, cleavage cutout, fake animal ears, hairclip, obi, sash, skindentation, silver hair, thighhighs, twintails, zettai ryouiki
Skindentation, Zettai Ryouiki and Cleavage probably aren't strictly necessary, but I used them to reinforce the concept since my prompts are generally somewhat minimal.
