Kaede Arashino is a fictional adult Japanese mountain horse-clan commander,
master rider, sword-discipline instructor, and treaty enforcer character LoRA
for Krea 2.

She has tawny-gold natural skin, a long narrow angular-oval face, a broad upper
forehead, pronounced high cheekbones, slim lower cheeks, a tapered jaw, and a
compact rounded-point chin. Her dark amber hooded almond eyes sit beneath high
straight brows. A short diagonal scar crosses only the outer third of her right
eyebrow. She has a strong narrow straight nose, full muted-red lips, and a
controlled left-rising smirk.

Her dense waist-length hair is uniformly deep raven-black from roots through
ends, usually secured in a low riding knot. Kaede has a tall, lean, athletic,
long-legged horsewoman body with elegant shoulders, a narrow waist, strong
riding thighs, toned arms, and a medium projected bust. Her recurring signature
is a bronze horse-head cloak clasp.

Kaede belongs to an original, grounded mountain horse-clan world. She is not a
cosplay archetype and not a violence-forward warrior. Her authority appears
through riding, horse care, route planning, treaty enforcement, disciplined
instruction, safe-passage inspection, ceremonial command, and quiet human
moments. The model supports:

- tight identity, right-three-quarter scar, left-profile, waist-up,
 rear-three-quarter, seated, walking, mounted, horse-and-rider, and full-body
 compositions;
- stable yards, training sheds, mountain paths, timber bridges, streams,
 clan gates, planning rooms, treaty tables, ceremonial halls, pasture,
 snow passes, storm shelters, and private timber rooms;
- ivory, oxblood, charcoal, and deep-indigo riding blouses, fitted vests,
 split trousers, wool coats, scarves, cloaks, boots, and restrained
 ceremonial dress;
- calm horses and foals, saddles, bridles, reins, grooming brushes, route maps,
 blank treaty parchment, seals, lanterns, cups, document cases, unstrung bows,
 and fully sheathed swords;
- command, riding, instruction, treaty, stable-care, weather, ceremonial,
 candid, and private-rest scene families.

**Recommended strength:** `1.0`

**Useful range:** `0.8-1.1`

For consistent identity, request:

`fictional adult Japanese woman age 33, visible age 31-to-36, long narrow angular oval face, pronounced high cheekbones, slim lower cheeks, tapered jaw, compact rounded-point chin, dark amber hooded almond eyes, short diagonal scar across outer third of right eyebrow, uniformly deep raven-black hair`

For consistent body and role, request:

`tall lean athletic long-legged horsewoman, narrow waist, strong riding thighs, toned arms, bronze horse-head cloak clasp, original mountain horse-clan commander, master rider, discipline instructor, treaty enforcer`

Keep facial lighting neutral or near 5200K when scar, skin, eye, and hair color
matter. Strong silver rim light or desaturated grading can visually create pale
hair strands. State explicitly that all visible hair is uniformly raven-black
from roots through ends.

For horse scenes, request exactly one calm horse or foal, state which hand owns
the rein or prop, and describe the visible contact. For example:

`exactly one calm dark bay horse, left hand holding one loose rein, right palm resting visibly on the horse's neck`

If a sword appears, keep it fully sheathed and peace-bound. Kaede works best
when authority is materially visible through route planning, saddle balance,
horse care, treaty sealing, bridge inspection, disciplined teaching, or a
peaceful return—not through combat.

Avoid white, silver, gray, pale, dyed, highlighted, or streaked hair. Avoid
drawn blades, attacks, blood, battlefields, threatening poses, sexualized
armor, ornate helmets, historical-person likeness, franchise styling, anime,
manga, geisha, shrine-maiden, ninja, schoolgirl, or generic cosplay drift.

Kaede is a fictional adult character age 33 and is not based on an actual
person.

Kaede Arashino | Horse-Clan Commander | Character LoRA

Initial Krea 2 release. The first fifteen-image candidate dataset was excluded
after a prompt-authored white forelock contaminated the intended uniformly
black hair. A materially changed twenty-image repair pool restored uniformly
deep raven-black hair from roots through ends. Facial variation remained, so a
second materially changed thirty-image face-stability pool used repeated exact
facial geometry, scar placement, age, neutral 5200K light, and face-heavy view
coverage. The owner manually selected twenty-one stable images from that final
pool for training.

The epoch-10 adapter passed six genuinely unseen owner-validation scenes: a
foal introduction, saddle-fit consultation, messenger-relay handoff, bridge
inspection, rain shelter, and sunrise treaty return.

Identity, visible age 31-to-36, face geometry, fixed right-eyebrow scar,
uniformly raven-black hair, athletic rider body, horse relationship, bronze
clasp, anatomy, contact, and the original nonviolent commander lane passed
independent owner review.

The thirty-image launch gallery passed across identity portraits, riding,
bridle and grooming work, saddle instruction, route planning, treaty sealing,
gate return, bridge crossing, river watering, rain, snow, sunset, equipment
inspection, sheathed-sword discipline, ceremony, festival, candid laughter,
private rest, unbound hair, cloak fastening, hoof care, foal walking, storm
shelter, council exit, and a sunrise horse-and-rider hero scene.
