ENGLISHI designed f1tn3ss club as a background LoRA concept for one luxury sports club with eleven distinct interiors: the main gym floor, boxing room, sauna, tanning studio, indoor pool and balneo, locker room and showers, group class studio, cardio deck, climbing hall, recovery lounge, and smoothie bar. The set contains 45 square background images, including a final connected view of the club.I wanted the charm to come entirely from the decor: mirrors, soft steam, turquoise water, warm wood, polished concrete, and moody lighting. Glacier blue LEDs, warm amber practicals, and rolled white towels connect the rooms, while their architecture and camera compositions change. I kept the spaces empty, with room to add a character later.TRIGGER WORDI use the exact trigger f1tn3ss club at the beginning of the prompt, followed by the room, camera angle, materials, lighting, and the details I want to emphasize. For an empty background, I include no humans and exclude people through the negative prompt.SUGGESTED STARTING POINTS - NOT VERIFIED RESULTSThis delivery contains a dataset, not trained LoRA weights. I have not verified model compatibility, training results, inference steps, CFG, or LoRA strength for this set.For a version separately trained on an appropriate SDXL checkpoint, I would start testing at 1024x1024, 30 inference steps, CFG 5, and LoRA strength 0.8. I would compare roughly 25-35 steps, CFG 4-6, and strength 0.6-1.0 using the same seed. These are experimental starting points, not confirmed optimal settings. For Illustrious, I would train and validate a version for the actual target checkpoint before claiming support. The SDXL starting values above are only a possible test baseline if that checkpoint supports them. For Krea, I would use a model-specific training workflow and verify that the resulting custom model is supported in the selected interface. I would start from that interface's defaults; I do not assume that SDXL weights, CFG, step counts, or LoRA strength controls transfer to Krea.I would not claim that one weight file works across SDXL, Illustrious, and Krea.PROMPT EXAMPLESEmpty gym:f1tn3ss club, empty luxury main gym floor, wide establishing shot, strength machines along the sides, full-wall mirrors, glass roof daylight, glacier blue LEDs, warm amber accents, white towels, broad open center, cinematic photorealism, no humans, no textSauna:f1tn3ss club, empty luxury sauna, diagonal view along pale wood bench tiers, hot stones, soft steam, warm amber lighting, subtle glacier blue entrance accents, rolled white towels, open floor, photorealistic, no humans, no textPool:f1tn3ss club, empty indoor pool and balneo, water-level view, turquoise water, bubbling jacuzzi, soft dusk windows, steam, candles, glacier blue LEDs, warm amber light, clear pool deck, cinematic photorealism, no humans, no textSuggested negative prompt for empty backgrounds:people, person, face, hands, mannequins, human reflections, text, letters, numbers, logo, watermark, brand namesI add the actual trained LoRA through the loader in my generation workflow.
