Overview
This is my very first LoRA trained on MiniMax Hailuo 03 (H3)! For my debut release, I chose an accessible yet visually captivating aesthetic: Felt Stop-Motion Style.By transforming scenes and characters into handcrafted wool felt textures paired with the deliberate, tactile cadence of stop-motion animation, this LoRA delivers a whimsical, uncanny, and heartwarming visual experience. Every frame emphasizes fiber fuzz, soft needle-felted contours, and subtle imperfections that make the subject feel physically sculpted and animated frame-by-frame on a miniature tabletop set.
Visual Characteristics

Fiber & Material Detail: Distinct felted wool fibers, soft fabric sheen, and authentic craft textures.

Stop-Motion Motion Profile: Low-framerate, tactile, slightly jittery micro-movements characteristic of armature puppet animation.

Art Direction: Warm studio lighting, shallow depth of field (macro lens feel), and an organic, artisanal atmosphere.

Recommended Settings & Prompting Tips

Trigger Words / Key Descriptors:
felt stopmotion style
,
needle felted
,
wool texture
,
stop motion animation
,
claymation aesthetic
,
macro tabletop photography

LoRA Weight:
0.7 – 0.9
(Start at
0.8
for a balanced look; push to
1.0
for heavy wool texture and pronounced stop-motion cadence)

Prompt Example:
"A tiny felt rabbit hopping across a mossy wooden table, needle felted wool texture, stop-motion animation style, macro lens, soft studio rim lighting, 4k detail"

Creator’s Note
Since this is my experimental first run on the H3 architecture, I would love to see how you push its limits! Feedback, generation tests, and video showcases are warmly welcomed. Have fun crafting your own felted worlds!

Felt Stop-Motion Style

This model was trained across 3,500 total steps. The core felt aesthetic began to crystallize early on around Epoch 3, with Epochs 5 through 8 proving to be the sweet spot across all test generations. Ultimately, Epoch 6 was selected as the final release checkpoint, striking the ideal sweet spot between distinct wool-felt fiber details and prompt responsiveness.
