Was looking for something when these came up as suggested images and got totally sidetracked, I just had to experiment.Ball joint doll from "Sartoria J" - Korean manufacturer. Didn't know they make them like these and the results came out good, and they are expensive aswell + the outfits. Women seem to enjoy them.
