I'd suggest also trying my Tsumugi Shirogane [Experimental Branch] ( Danganronpa ) lora. It'll eventually be the next update to this version but I'm trying out some new training ideas with it before a 'real' release. Tsumugi Shirogane - The Ultimate Cosplayer from Danganronpa V3. This lora should let you create images with Tsumugi in her official costumes and danganronpa related art styles, while still remaining flexible enough to adapt to other clothing and styles. It's plain to see that Tsumugi needs to be able to cosplay!I trained using natural language for the captions rather than tags. So natural language prompts will probably give you the best results with this lora. However, I tossed some tags at it with random wildcard values and I was surprised by how well some of them came out. You should find some examples in the gallery. Some of the text from the wildcard values borders on word salad. But some of the resulting images came out fairly well even as what amounts to a random conceptial grab bag.I trained on a few specific image types which you can replicate, to varying levels of success. I tried to include a range of the prompt options in the images so you can easily compare and contrast. But these are the major options.Danganronpa the Animation: Use 'This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa The Animation' in the prompt to emulate the art style from the anime series Danganronpa the animation.Danganronpa 3 (anime): Use "This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa 3."Sprites from Danganronpa: Mention 'danganronpa sprite style' in the prompt to try emulating the art style of Danganronpa. For example, 'this image is in the danganronpa sprite style'. Despite the name, I trained on full screenshots, with and without the GUI, with this description along with character sprite rips. So in theory it should be able to 'danganronpafy' a full image.Danganronpa V3 GUI: This doesn't work all that well. But you can give it a try with this. "The image uses danganronpa V3 GUI style with the danganronpa sprite style. The top right corner of the image has a danganronpa V3 GUI element that reads 'Chapter 4 Level 69', both of these words are in white text, with the 'Chapter 4' being outlined in black on top of a yellow rectangle. The top left of the image is outlined by a yellow bar with the black text 'Becoming'. Underneath Tsumugi is dialogue text in a white outline, with black text that reads 'This is the example text.' Below this dialogue is a yellow rectangle with a black rectangle inside that reads 'AUTO' that has its corners rounded."Danganronpa S GUI: This doesn't work all that well. But you can give it a try with this. "The image uses danganronpa S GUI style with the danganronpa sprite style. A speech bubble is in the bottom of the image and it says "This is test text!" The speech bubble is in front of Tsumugi. There's a box with a blue background with white stars, and a grey arrow pointing right, beside the speech bubble. Tsumugi Shirogane has knee-length dark teal-blue hair parted in the center which is straight and smooth at the base and gradually splits into waves near the tips. Her eyes are large, round, and are a soft teal-green color. Tsumugi wears round, rimless glasses with white temples. Tsumugi's Danganronpa V3 school uniform consists of a white blouse with an orange bow tied at her collar underneath a two-button, pocketed, teal-black school blazer adorned with two silver buttons on each lapel and a single button on each gorge. She wears a knee-length teal-black pleated skirt with two dark teal stripes lining the hem. Her legwear consists of dark navy knee-length socks and teal-gray loafers."Swimsuit: The orange bikini Tsumugi wears in Danganronpa V3. "Tsumugi Shirogane wearing her swimsuit from Danganronpa S. Tsumugi Shirogane is wearing an orange bikini swimsuit. The top is a light orange color with white decorative lace along the edges. It has a prominent bow in the center between the cups. The bottom of the swimsuit is a similar orange color to match the top. Tsumugi Shirogane has knee-length dark teal-blue hair parted in the center which is straight and smooth at the base and gradually splits into waves near the tips. Her eyes are large, round, and are a soft teal-green color. Tsumugi wears round, rimless glasses with white temples."Prelude uniform: This is the uniform Tsumugi wears during the prologue of Danganronpa V3. "Tsumugi Shirogane wearing her uniform from the Danganronpa V3 prologue. Tsumugi Shirogane has knee-length dark teal-blue hair parted in the center which is straight and smooth at the base and gradually splits into waves near the tips. Her eyes are large, round, and are a soft teal-green color. Tsumugi wears round, rimless glasses with white temples. She's wearing her long-sleeved sailor-style seifuku, which is white with a blue collar and a navy blue ribbon tied at her neck. The seifuku has small white accents on the sleeves and collar. She's also wearing a blue and white striped skirt and dark knee-high socks."Other clothing: The lora should be quite flexible with Tsumugi's clothing. I should have some examples of Tsumugi wearing clothing that wasn't in the training data within this lora's gallery.Locations: I didn't try to train on any specific locations, but some of them appeared enough in the training data that you might be able to improve your results by specifying areas from Danganronpa V3 and Jabberwock Island. Even just mentioning V3 or Jaberwock Island, might be enough to help push things in the right direction. Training material: The majority of the training data came from Danganronpa V3 and Danganronpa S with as much official supplementary material added in as possible. The game-related data includes all sprites and a handful of in-game screenshots. LLM captioned, then hand-edited. I then added style training from Danganronpa the Animation and Danganronpa 3. With the latter, I had some concern that it might contaminate the training but testing with and without didn't show any differences. So I kept it in to allow for easier style changes without needing additional loras. However, because Tsumugi wasn't actually in that material she doesn't benefit as much as, say, Chiaki would.Note: Tsumugi's hair is annoyingly inconsistent through various portrayals. Not as bad as Chiaki's hair, but still. Flux can get a little confused about her hair color because spike chunsoft gets a little confused about her hair color too. Additionally, I've noticed that this lora doesn't seem as consistent in being able to "danganronpa'fy" backgrounds when using the danganronpa sprite style. There's a good chance that multiple generations will be needed to get that full effect. You can help give it an extra push using the 'danganronpa V3 GUI style' and 'danganronpa S GUI style'. However, unsurprisingly, that can also result in GUI elements showing up. Likewise using GUII elements tends to overwhelm the anime-related styles and push it to the in-game aesthetic from the danganronpa games. In retrospect, I think I went overboard trying to improve GUI-presentation and in doing so undertrained on in-game art that didn't have GUI elements."Ports" of this lora to sdxl and sd 1.5 should follow shortly. I'm playing around with preliminary versions of both to see if I can tweak the methodology a bit. The Flux Chiaki data would technically be fine to train on as it is now. And it will be the next after I get the sdxl and sd 1.5 Tsumugi loras up. But there'll be some delay as I want to beef up the DR 3 anime dataset before doing the Chiaki training given how represented she is in there. Plus I think there's just a lot to be gained by beefing up the danganronpa 3 anime style in general for these. So there'll probably be a slight delay before the Chiaki lora shows up, but I doubt anything more than a week.
