FLUX Chrome
Flux training can be quite expensive so if you enjoy this LORA (which I decided to NOT release as Early Access) please consider donating any amount of buzz, give a like, post a review directly to the model page, share with a friend, leave a comment, buy my badge from the shop or do whatever you want to support me. Thanks
No trigger needed but I've found it helps guide FLUX and the LORA if you make your thing "metallic" or "chrome" or whatever else you can thing of that tells FLUX what you want changed based on the LORA's training, have a look at the examples that show the LORA on/off.

SDXL Chrome
Well, here's a first, posting 3 versions of this LORA and I'm potentially working on a 4th. As an experiment they were trained on mostly the same dataset but with different or no tagging.
I highly recommend v3 based on my tests but if you're unsure which one to download you can always test the same prompt with all of them in the Civit online generator.
Triggers: dvr-chrm
Weight: 0.25 - 1 (depending on the effect you're after, start with 0.8)
If you haven't already, come get your Ds and check out my SDXL model merge (Dever's Divine Diffusion or DDD).
If you want to support me and my work make sure to submit any reviews and images directly to the LORA or MODEL page. Cross-posts do not currently award the creator any sort of buzz, this includes posting from the Create menu at the top (not cool, Civit please fix).
Alternatively you can purchase my badge called "Attention to details" in the CivitAi shop. Big badge warning :)

I tried my best to highlight some of the possible use cases and interesting ways to use the LORA.
I hope you like it and remember to post your creations directly to the LORA page if possible.
Thank you <3

Hey, I love almost all of your stuff, use it, and toss you buzz when I can. Is that good enough?
Haha, thanks tojg I appreciate it, you're awesome 😎 community support and encouragement is what keeps most of going and wanting to make more stuff
One of the things I suspect people don't know about is the ability to cross post. When they save away their work they should also save it to the tools they used. It gives them more exposure, it gives the lora more visibility, and it gives people ideas of what they can do. I just wish Civitai would push this more.
@tojg I have a love / hate relationship with cross-posts to be honest (more hate then love).
From the perspective of the person that is cross-posting an image there are only benefits (increased exposure for their image > more views > more engagement > more opportunities to earn buzz from reactions)
From the perspective of the creators of the resources though there are no benefits, cross-posting does not award any buzz to the resource creators and if you look at any model page a lot of the posts are just cross-posts.
@Dever I thought one of the new changes was to give the creator of the inspiration something for the start. That is weird. Maybe Civitai will take that in consideration in the future. After all, I (and others) see a post and think "what can I do with that?" before venturing out on our own. The rewards should go all the way back.
I would LOVE for you to do a lora that does glossy paintwork (like on new cars, planes etc) which can be used on anything including SPACESHIPS! Flux makes spaceships so smothered in 'detail' they look like cracked paint. I want to make some glossy spaceships and futuristic vehicles, cities, androids. Basically everything glossy and colorful. Bounty?
Have you tried using glossy in your prompts ? :) j/k but I haven't, I can promise to put it on the long list of things I could make.
