I find this can be pretty unreliable without at least "squatting", and gets more reliable as more of the optional tags are added. Also, avoid using "1boy" in prompts with this lora, it'll usually then want to draw their face, and in square/portrait images will mess up the composition to make sure it can. It can sort of do landscape images with a whole figure though.
