I did a bit of testing, words like metallic, robotic and cybernetic get pretty good result.
It seems to me that the author made a mistake in indicating the tags in the description, because almost all penis tags start working for me with this lore from the e621. knotted equine penis, equine penis, black knot, two tone penis, ribbed penis, ridged penis, flared penis
nothing to see here but poor results and cooked images. Gallery is full of people including the LoRA in their gens and never using its keywords, as can be plainly seen by all the bog-standard human penises on furries. LoRA isn't worth your time, skip
