I made a post with the model and got it almost instantly flagged for TOS. It's probably safe to assume that this model shouldn't be used for NSFW even though it's not labeled as mature restricted.
I'll be blunt, CIVITAI TOS regarding little anime girls reached the point where its actually dumb. A girl fully dressed sitting down looking up is considered problematic, I can't even post most FGO girls in their official costumes, 99% of vanilla anime screenshot would not make the cut.
To post on civitai little anime girls of any kind you have either to give them huge breasts (if they are in skimpy outfits or swimsuits) OR dress them from head to toe and generate them just "1girl, standing" and no angles at all. Naughty expressions not allowed either.
That's the reason this model has that one single image as example.
